Welding

We weld repair on equipment with knowledge in reinforcement and hard face. Bearing, Journal and Shaft Build up with Rotary Welding.

Fabrication

Our team can do custom projects and improvement features. Modification and repair to original parts and equipment. Problem solving and design fabrication.

CNC Manufacturing

The CNC shop does production work and prototyping. Our mill capacity is 28 x 14 with 4th axis up to 10”. Lathe capacity is 12 x 32. We machine metals and plastics. Parts can be made to customer specifications from CAD files or drawings. Quality is maintained through our inspection procedures. We also do product development, design and reverse engineering.

Machining

The CMS machine shop is fully equipped with conventional and CNC lathes and mills, large boring mill, radial drill, 40 ton long travel press, fabrication and measuring equipment. Turning capacity up to 24” x 108” We can perform large and small jobs with quality.

Equipment Repair

From commercial processing equipment to tractor implements. For rebuilding a part or assemblies we are your local solution. We can offer repair or replacement of your worn or broken item. Our business is to keep you working.

Schaeffer Oil Products

Schaeffer is a full line of high quality oil products. Gas and diesel engine oils, hydraulic, grease, penetrating, cleaner, and shop chemicals. Schaeffer was established in 1839 by Nicholas Schaeffer and is still owned and Operated by his decedents at the original location. Beginning with soaps & candles, the company began manufacturing oil and grease to support the Westward expansion during the California Gold Rush.

Hydraulic Cylinders

With our developed process we are able to repack or completely rebuild most cylinders. When a cylinder leaves our shop, it has been pressure tested and given a full inspection to ensure quality. Want to repack your own cylinder? We also sell from a large stock of hydraulic packing.

Driveline and PTO

From our large inventory, we strive to make quick repairs. Our driveline department repairs drivelines and PTO Shafts. We use the best parts from Neapco, Spicer, Rockford and Powertrain. Drivelines are precision balanced. CMS is an OEM Polaris Driveline Parts Dealer. Custom drivelines are also available.

Metal Sales

We sell material from stock or special order. Focusing on round bar and tubing. 4140 ground prehard, nitro, chrome, DOM, and heavy wall tubing. A36 Flat Bar. Sold by the foot or full length bar.
